How to add and remove a Location to an Entity

By linking specific Locations to Entities in CureMint, you can restrict the availability of spend allocation options from a bill or order to only certain locations. This feature helps you maintain a customized and well-organized financial reporting system that suits your needs.

Adding a Location to an Entity

To add a location to an entity

• In your CureMint account, navigate to the Entity Icon on your left side navigation bar.
• Select the Entity you would like to associate a location to.
• In the Entity detail page, navigate to the Locations section and select +Add Locations

• In the Add Locations modal, you can select the Location or Location(s) that you would like to add by checking the corresponding box.
• Click Add Locations.

Removing a Location from an Entity

• To remove a Location association from an Entity

  • In your CureMint account, navigate to the Entity Icon on your left side navigation bar.
  • Select the Entity you would like to remove a Location from.
  • In the Entity detail page, navigate to the Locations section and select the trash can icon from the location you wish to remove. 
  
  • Click Remove.

Removing a Location from an Entity in Bulk

To bulk remove a Location association from an Entity.

• In your CureMint account, navigate to the Entity Icon on your left side navigation bar.
• Select the Entity you would like to remove a Location from.
• In the Entity detail page, navigate to the Locations section and on the left side of the locations select the boxes of the corresponding locations you wish to remove.
• Select Location Actions located above the Locations.

• Click Remove Locations.
• Click Remove in the confirmation modal.
