Placing an order on CureMint is much like placing an order on any other ecommerce website. This article will walk through the steps for shopping and checking out on CureMint.
Shopping
To shop and place an order on CureMint, first sign into your CureMint account and visit the Store section under Procure in the left side panel.
From this page, you have a few options:
- Navigate to the Catalog to view all products
- Select a specific vendor icon from the Vendors list to view products for a specific vendor
- Select a category to view products for a specific category
- Search for a specific product using the search bar along the top of the page
Any of these options will bring you to a view of the Catalog with product results that reflect your selection above.
For example, if you selected a specific vendor, you will see a page like this:
If necessary, you can adjust the filters to find the right product, or subset of products that you are looking for.
Once you have found the item that you would like to order, you can add it to your shopping cart quickly by hovering over the image and selecting QuickShop:
If you would like to view more information about the product, you can navigate to the Product Details page by clicking on the product image.
Regardless of whether you have selected Quickshop or if you are on the Product Details page, you can select the quantity desired and add the item to your cart!
When you are done adding items to your cart, it's time to check out!
Checking out
When you are done adding items to your cart, you can checkout by clicking the blue shopping cart icon in the upper right hand corner of your page or by hovering over the cart icon to open a preview of your Cart and selecting View Cart.
On the My Cart page, you can review your order and make changes if needed. Once you have reviewed and are ready to place your order, click Checkout.
Select the Ship To office location and add any Shipping Notes you may have. Any notes you include here will be sent to all vendors included in this order. This is not a required field, so it is okay to leave it blank if you have nothing to add here.
If your organization has Specialty Codes set up, the next page will prompt you to select the specialty code(s) that apply to this order. You can apply one code to the whole order, or assign a code to each line item.
If you do not see this page after clicking Next in the step above, your organization does not have Specialty Codes set up for the office and you will proceed to the next step, Order Notes.
Once on the Order Notes page, you can add individual notes for each vendor included in your order. Any notes included in this field will be sent to the relevant vendor only. This is not a required field, so it is okay to leave it blank if you have nothing to add here.
The next page is your last opportunity to review your order before sending it out to your vendors. If needed, you can change which office you would like this order shipped to, update order notes, or update the item quantities.
If everything looks good, you can select the blue PLACE ORDER button.
You have now submitted an order on CureMint! If your order consists of multiple vendors, each vendor will receive a separate communication containing only the products relevant to that vendor. You will also receive a confirmation email for your records.
