This article will outline the steps involved in resetting your password if you are trying to login but forgot your password. If you are already logged in and would just like to update your password, please see How to Change my Password.
If you are have forgotten your password, you can get logged in by selecting the Reset Password option from the login page.
This will prompt you to enter the email address associated with your CureMint account.
If the email address entered is associated with an active CureMint user account, you will receive an email with a password reset code within 10 minutes (be sure to check your spam folder). Do not close the page.
Once you have received your password reset code (subject line of that email is 'Your CureMint® Email Verification Code'), enter that code on the next screen:
As soon as you select Reset Password you will get a green confirmation message:
Use the new password to sign in and you are all set!
