Update Price Book Settings

As an organization admin, you have the ability to set your organization’s default Price Book Settings. 

If your organization utilizes our Live Pricing [insert hyperlink] feature, you can choose which price is selected by default for your purchasers on the product details page.

To set your Price Book Settings, navigate to the Settings page under the My Organization section in the left side menu. On the organization settings page, scroll down to the Price Book Settings section. 

This section provides the ability to set Price Priority as well as the ability to Show (or hide) Price Options. 

Price Priority 

Select which price you would like displayed at the top of the list and selected by default - the live price or the lowest price.

Show Price Options

If your organization has multiple pricing options, you can choose whether you want your purchasers to see all pricing options, or only one option. If you toggle this setting off, the only price that will be shown to purchasers is the one you chose for Price Priority.

PLEASE NOTE: As an Organization Admin, you will always see all pricing options on the product details page, even if you toggle Show Price Options off. 

If you toggle Show Price Options on, your purchasers will see both live pricing as well as any other prices associated with the product, and the purchaser will be able to choose which price they would like to checkout with.
