More often than not, when an order is placed through CureMint it is processed by your vendor without any issue. However, in the event that you have not received your order in a timely manner or are unsure of the status of your order, this article will explain:

- What to do when you have not received your order in a timely manner.
What Happens After I Place My Order?
When you place an order through CureMint, the order is sent to your vendor(s) either via email or via API integration.
See below for an example of what your vendor will receive:

As you can see, the vendor is prompted to confirm that your order is being processed and to notify you if there are any issues with your order.
Until your vendor has confirmed your order, your order will remain in the 'Sent to Vendor' status.

If the order has not been confirmed within 24 hours of being placed, our team will be notified and will reach out to your vendor directly to look into the order on your behalf.
If your order status is 'Vendor Confirmed' or 'Shipped' this means your vendor has received your order and has confirmed that it is being processed.
What if the order status is Vendor Confirmed or Shipped, but I have not received it yet?
If this is the case, the next step is to reach out to your vendor directly. Be sure to reference the purchase order number which can be found in a few places:
